------ "1996 Vapid Stanier" V 1.2 by Vx5 Voltage ------

A lore inspired take on the 1996 or 1st Gen model of Fords Crown Victoria line. Includes both a civillian and police model based on the real LAPD P71 Crown Vics used throughout the 90's and early 2000's

Features:
* All basic vehicle functions: breaking glass, dirt mapping, proper LODs etc
* Lore friendly LSPD design (vanilla style markings are included) based on the 90's LAPD Crown Vic patrol cars
* Custom sirensettings for sweet retro looking emergency lights
* Various vehicle extras, interior equipment, and other bonus goodies
* Includes both replacement and addon DLC installation methods!
* Featuring a fully mapped model with a template for skins!

Having a lore friendly design, and being non-ELS, it fits into the base game nicely. Perfect for those looking for an old school feel to their game!

Installation: "Replacement via DLC" method

1. Launch OpenIV

2. Navigate to: mods / update / x64 / dlcpacks. (If you don't have a mods folder already, then I recommend making one via OpenIV)

3. Drag and drop the full "lspd1996" file from this archive into dlcpacks (make sure you are in OpenIV's Edit mode!)

4. Now navigate to: mods / update / update.rpf / common / data /

5. Then find "dlclist.xml" and add this line at the bottom (without the quote marks) "
dlcpacks:\lspd1996\
"
This will allow the mods to continue to work without any major conflicts, or if Rockstar updates the game with more Online content

6. Now move up to: levels / gta5 / and replace the file "vehicles.meta" with the one from this archive (again, if you already have a modified
file then I'd recommend taking the string lines of "police" from this vehicles.meta and adding it into your already existing one)

7. Launch GTA V, models replace the "Police" and "Stanier" slots

Installation: "Addon DLC" method

1. Launch OpenIV

2. Navigate to: mods / update / x64 / dlcpacks. (If you don't have one already, then I recommend making one via OpenIV)

3. Drag and drop the full "lspd1996" file from this archive into dlcpacks (make sure you are in OpenIV Edit mode!)

6. Launch GTA V, model names are "96stan" while the police version is "96pol" You'll need a trainer to spawn them
